Shipping time: 2-4 business days (estimated) via USPS priority Mail or USPS Mail; expedited shipping, via USPS shipping, via USPS Priority Express (1-2 business days) is also available at checkout and is the only method with a guaranteed delivery date, A confirmation email and tracking number will be sent to your email. Once an order leaves my possession it is no longer my responsibility. Any issues with delivery or lost packages are the responsibility of the customer, but we will always try our best to assist you however I can. I cannot contact your local post office to inquire about packages.

Returned packages due to insufficient address: If your order is returned to Sempiterno, your order will be refunded, and items will be restocked. Shipping cost will not be refunded. Sempiterno is not responsible for packages with "insufficient" addresses.
